It’s fully customizable, allowing you to choose individual modules or combine them for comprehensive support, with discounts and priority tiers available based on contract length.

OnTel offers peace of mind to anyone responsible for keeping your plant up and running. This 24/7 support provides a reliable link to CCC fieldservice engineers who can assist with emergencies that affect production all within two hours. Support is available through several channels, including phone, email and Remote Connection to a TrainView workstation.

With OnCall, plant end users gain an additional layer of support to solve production-related issues which includes the same 24/7 acces to CCC turbomachinery control specialist as our OnTel module.

In addition to remote support, OnCall also features onsite support. With the OnCall module included as part of your service contract, CCC guarantees dispatch of expedited in-person support.

CCC's OnSite-TPO module includes interpretation and analysis trends against current operating conditions, identifying issues in the DCS, ESD or CCC control platform before executing on the corrective actions necessary to improve operability.

Spare Parts Management

Spare parts management is an important responsibility for those leading maintenance or purchasing inside plants. CCC provides the expertise to develop a full spares assessment and report what is critical to stock based on your CCC control systems, and provides the option to stock these critical components directly to your site.

Security Update Management
