Key components of the Air Products investment include the world’s leading liquefaction processes, over 475 staff, world leading Coil Wound Heat Exchanger (CWHE) technology and manufacturing plant. Along with Honeywell UOP’s LNG feed gas cleanup technology, Honeywell’s comprehensive, end-to end LNG solution unites pretreatment, natural gas liquids (NGL) recovery, liquefaction, compressor optimization and advanced digital tools to fuel success from concept to operation. Honeywell’s Experion Solution Suites (ESS) for LNG uniquely ensures that LNG process and equipment knowhow is embedded in Honeywell’s automation and digitalization solutions.

Honeywell’s reliability solutions improve availability and reduce downtime providing predictive analytics for Reliability Centered and Condition Based maintenance of LNG assets, including early detection of potential problems ranging from corrosion to equipment failure.
