Conference Details

Who should attend:
The HPS Channel Partner Conference is an exclusive event only for authorized Channel Partners with activated or renewal initiated contracts. This year’s conference will have a new format with line of business meetings focused on strategy and business growth and will not include any product or technical training. All Channel Partner leaders and product champions should attend.

Registration:
2022 EMEA CPC registration opens August 1.

Cost:
There is no registration fee to attend the Channel Partner Conference, however travel expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

The Channel Partner Conference includes access to:

• All conference general sessions and breakouts
• The Demo Center, exhibits, and the consultant’s corner
• The Channel Partner Conference event App
• Network breaks and lunches – Tuesday and Wednesday
• Social networking – all dinners are for adults only
• Welcome Reception (Monday), plus access for one adult companion
• Country Dinners (Tuesday), plus access for one adult companion
• Channel Partner Awards Reception and Dinner (Wednesday), plus access for one adult companion

Hotel 
After registering, you will receive a link in your registration confirmation email to book your hotel room at the Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center.

The deadline to book your hotel is October 8, 2022.

Hotel rate:
174,90 Euro per night if booked by the deadline of October 8

The above-mentioned hotel room rate includes:

• Breakfast
• VAT 10% * note that Spanish local tax may be subject to change

• Marriott Shuttle service from and to the Madrid airport (see the schedule)
• Access to the indoor swimming pool
• 24h access to the fitness center
• Free parking 

Please note that you will need to register for the EMEA Channel Partner Conference (CPC) before making your hotel room reservation.

Transportation:
Please note the venue is approximately 10 minutes from the Madrid airport by taxi. It is common to use Uber in Madrid.

And as mentioned: there is a Marriott Shuttle service from and to the Madrid airport.

Arrival:
Plan to arrive on Monday, October 24. The welcome reception starts at 19:30.

Departure:
The Channel Partner Conference ends with the Awards Reception and Dinner the evening of Wednesday, October 26. Departure can be anytime on Thursday.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations can be done until October 8, 2022, and you can transfer your registration to a colleague up until October 15. Please send an email to fp@honeywell.com to make changes to your registration.
