The Honeywell Versatilis Experion EHM solution is an on-premises, end-to-end remote monitoring solution designed to monitor the Honeywell Versatilis Transmitter product line.
The solution provides:
- Build and maintenance of plant hierarchy (Site->Asset->Transmitter)
- Bird’s eye view dashboard with overview of plant assets
- Historization and alarms based on measurement
- Easy drill down views to individual transmitter
- ISO based asset health reports
- Diagnostics to determine transmitter health
- Advanced vibration analytics for fault verification and alerts
- Asset health report generation
The Honeywell Versatilis Transmitters are configured via the Versatilis Connect BLE app to communicate to the specific LoRaWAN region infrastructure. The Connect app allows the user to specifically configure the transmitter for each asset, download data files (.csv) and provides a live dashboard while being utilized.
The simple architecture utilizes a commercial off the shelf LoRaWAN gateway to provide seamless data integration to an on-premises PC that operates 2 virtual machines (VMs). The Chirpstack VM is a LoRaWAN network and application server utilized to decipher the payload data from the transmitter and sends the data via MQTT to the Experion EHM VM software. The software provides visualization of parameter trends and alarms.
