What Is It?
The AquaTrol™ remoisturizing system provides precise cross direction moisture control by selectively applying a fine water spray to drier areas of the sheet. AquaTrol uses hydraulic atomizing nozzles to produce the optimum water spray pattern with application-matched total water flow and particle velocity. The flat-fan spray pattern remains stable and uniform in the dynamic air conditions of the dryer section.

How Does It Work?
All AquaTrol components are housed in a stainless steel spray boom. The spraying surface is completely smooth to prevent paper hang up and the boom is air purged to keep the interior clean and dry.
Compact spray modules include the nozzles and digital control valves. Hydraulic atomizing nozzles provide a uniform, stable spray pattern for streak free moisture control. Nozzle sizes and flow rates are customized for the application. Digital control provides precise regulation of the water flow to each profiling zone. Maintenance is easy with modular spray blocks and quick disconnect style nozzles
