Overview
The Eclipse E-Jector is a flange mounted emission reduction device for use in radiant tubes. It accomodates diameters of 4 up to 6 with maximum capacities of up to 500,000 BTU/hr (132 kW). E-Jector provides significant reductions in NOx emissions. In field trials, NOx reductions were achieved of more than 50% over existing emission levels. The E-Jector is designed to be used with Eclipse Bayonet style Recuperators allowing for high fuel efficiencies while keeping NOx under control. Every burner system that includes an E-Jector is custom engineered by Eclipse to maximize performance and assure compatibility with the radiant tube.
