A compact, accurate and economical regulator for low pressure industrial/commercial applications. Available in J78R form with inlet pressures up to 100mbar (1.43 PSIG) and J78RS with inlet pressures up to 350 mbar (5 PSIG). Sizes 1/2", 3/4", 1".
Overview
The J78 regulator is suitable for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, including such OEM equipment as boiler and burner trains.
Maximum outlet Pressure J78R: 46mb (18.4"WC), J78RS 48mbar (19.2"WC)
The J78 range is approved to specification BS EN88-1 Class A2. The 78RS is also AGA / CGA approved to: ANSI Z21.18-2007 (R2017) · CSA 6.3-2007 (R2016), ANSI Z21.18a-2010 (R2017) · CSA 6.3a-2010 (R2016) and ANSI Z21.18b-2012 (R2017) · CSA 6.3b-2012 (R2016).
The J78 meets the essential requirements of the European Gas Appliance Regulation (EU) 2016/426(GAR). Temperature range -20° C to +70°C (-4° F to +158°F). ). All units are designed for natural, liquefied petroleum and manufactured gases and can be installed in horizontal or vertical pipelines.
