The 7800 series are microprocessor-based industrial burner controls for automatically fired gas, oil or combination fuel single burner applications. The 7800-series are enabled for remote monitoring via the Thermal IQ Honeywell Connected Plant solution. For all type of burners with unlimited capacity.

- SIL-3 Capable certified. All models, except EC/RM7823 flame switches
- APAVE accepted. EU models only

- American 7800-series burner controllers (US): 0.8 or 3.0s (depends on flame amplifier model).

- Modular design with plug-in modules.
- Selectable pre-purge time by ST7800A1xxx/U module selection
- Accepts all existing Honeywell optical flame detectors and flame rods
- All information regarding the burner control (6 last lockout conditions, flame signal, hours of operation ...) are available on the keyboard display module or through communication
