Overview
Model P650 Signal Processors are fail-safe, self-checking signal processors capable of monitoring up to three S650 series Viewing Heads simultaneously and can display UV and IR flame count separately. The P650 Signal Processor offers independent gain adjustments, and multiple IR frequency settings.

- Models available: 24 VDC (P650DC) input voltage - DIN rail mounted.
- OLED HMI Screen to display UV Counts, IR counts and other Configuration parameters.
- Buttons to assist users in Configuration from HMI.
- Front panel LED status indicators.
- Capable of monitoring up to 3 viewing heads simultaneously with independent flame relay and independent fault relay contacts output for each Channel.
- Automatic viewing head detection and error detection.
- Ability to monitor UV and IR separately from one S650 Viewing Head.
- Each Viewing Head can be associated with up to 8 sets of configuration data (primary or alternate selection via DI – other 6 files selectable via Modbus).
- Automatic set up functionality (auto gain, auto sequence and auto filter).
- Viewing Head temperature indication.
- Two COM ports available to enable communication to any Modbus Master tool and / or Thermal Configuration Manager.
- Scaled user selectable rectification outputs to interface with 7800-series, SLATETM and BCU controllers.
- Dedicated Voting Output terminal and In-built Voting Logic for user selection.
- Advanced Diagnostic Information via Event and fault logs.
