BCU 4 (Next Generation)

NEXT-GENERATION BURNER CONTROL UNIT: All-in-one modular solutions for industrial multi-burner applications that can be programmed for a wide variety of applications, simplifying device engineering, installation and start-up.

Overview
For controlling, igniting and monitoring impulse-controlled, modulating-controlled or stage-controlled gas burners. The burner control unit BCU® unites the functionally interrelated components of automatic burner control unit, ignition transformer, Automatic/Manual mode changeover and display of operating and fault statuses in a compact metal housing. It is used near the burner to be monitored. Display of the program status, unit parameters and flame signal. Diagnosis and adjustment of unit parameters via an optical interface. BCU 46x/480..Dx for high temperature operation. EU certified for intermittent and continuous operation, certified for systems up to SIL 3 (compliant with PL e), FM and EAC approved. Further approvals (CSA and AGA) in preparation.
