CCC Supervisory System

Next Gen HMI is CCC’s advanced web-based interface for managing turbomachinery, offering a user-friendly experience for operators and engineers. Built on HTML5 and MQTT, it ensures seamless connectivity and intuitive control.

TrainView® operator HMI is a TrainTools software package that enables customers to continuously collect high-resolution turbomachinery control data and interact with CCC control systems through its intuitive graphical user interface.

Pro Built control systems are supported by Total Train Comprehensive Release (TTCR) upgrades. This update enhances cybersecurity and connectivity, bringing Prodigy, Vanguard S5P, and Vanguard S5 Pro up to the ISA/IEC 62443-4-2 cybersecurity standard.

Engineering Utilities is a key TrainTools package for Pro Built users. It offers communication servers, configurators, and a fast data recorder for tuning, backup, restoration, and troubleshooting throughout the system lifecycle.

CCC Pro Built Solution for Experion HMI delivers pre-built, validated faceplates for seamless integration of CCC controllers into Experion, improving consistency and reducing engineering time.

CCC Connect for PI System is optional software on a TrainTools HMI server that pushes local time-series data to AVEVA PI System via PI AF SDK, offering better security and data quality than traditional methods like Modbus or OPC DA over DCOM.
