XYR 6000 Differential Pressure

XYR 6000 OneWireless Differential Pressure Transmitters can be used with any primary flow element to provide proven, repeatable flow measurement. The transmitters offer exceptional accuracy while generating cost savings.

Overview
XYR 6000 Differential Pressure Transmitters measure pressure ranging from 400” H2O to 3000 psi. Four models of the transmitters are available:
  • STDW120/STDW924 - 0 to 400 inH2O, 0 to 1,000 mbar
  • STDW125 - 0 to 600 inH2O, 0 to 1,500 mbar
  • STDW130/STDW930 - 0 to 100 psi, 0 to 7,000 mbar
  • STDW170/STDW974 - 0 to 3000 psi, 0 to 210,000 mbar
The transmitters enable users to obtain data and create information from remote and hazardous measurement locations without the need to run wires. Integration with Experion® PKS and other control systems provides local measurement accuracy to the system level without adding typical A/D and D/A converter inaccuracies.

How Does It Work?
XYR 6000 OneWireless Differential Pressure Transmitters measure the process pressure and transmit the measured value as a digital output signal in user-configured engineering units. The transmitters are furnished with an ISA100.11a-compliant wireless interface to operate in a compatible distributed ISA100.11a wireless system. Information sent by the transmitters to a mesh infrastructure can be brought into Experion PKS or any other control system wirelessly via OPC client or Modbus-TCP.
Their unique piezoresistive sensor automatically compensates input for temperature and static pressure. Additional ‘smart’ features include the option to configure lower and upper range values and select preprogrammed engineering units for display.

What Problems Does It Solve?
The XYR 6000 OneWireless Differential Pressure Transmitters offer a better way of process measurement than conventional instruments. In addition, Honeywell's high-quality support provides better implementation solutions to users’ most difficult problems. Based on the transmitters’ accuracy and low installed costs, users can target applications that could not previously be cost-effectively implemented.
