Connexo FieldSense offers a standardized platform that allows a broader ecosystem and more flexibility for the utility with faster and more efficient field tools. Field agents are able to access everything from work orders to inventory information in one centralized location for faster installation and maintenance. Handheld FieldSense mobile devices allow technicians to capture and upload information in the field without waiting to get back to the office. They’re designed to be easy to learn and use, with greater reliability than other devices.

Our Android CT60 Dolphin handheld computer field apps streamline everything from diagnosing and resolving network issues to installing, programming, reading and troubleshooting electric, water and gas meters. These apps also leverage modern mobile technologies such as location services and camera functions. Authorized programs, user groups, functions, meter passwords and more are all stored in a centralized database in the enterprise network using the FieldSense Metercat server. Field apps remotely and securely connect to the Metercat server for synchronization, allowing only the functions and data that have been authorized. All meter data that is read in the field can be sent to the server remotely — no need to visit the utility office.
