Honeywell has designed its Compliance Manager™ solution to overcome challenges related to the safety and compliance of employees and contractors working at their facilities.

What Is It?
​Compliance Manager is a secure, cloud-based enterprise software solution that provides detailed visibility into the readiness of industrial workers – in terms of their training and the personal protective equipment (PPE) they use – to perform their jobs safely, productively and confidently, and in full compliance with company and government safety regulations. Compliance Manager data can be used by HSE and site management teams to lower safety and security risk, minimize downtime and reduce operational cost and complexity.

How Does It Work?
​Compliance integrates the management of training, PPE assets and worker compliance onto a cloud-based interface that can be securely accessed via a desktop or mobile device. The real-time availability of relevant compliance data helps to significantly reduce administration and risk.

With Compliance Manager, HSE personnel and site managers can track and manage the compliance of every worker at their facility. Additionally, site contractors can enter their own employee training and qualification data into the system, giving customers visibility into their compliance.

Another application of Compliance Manager is its ability to check if high value safety equipment has been inspected on schedule and is safety to use. The system sends proactive alerts when inspections are required or if gear is out-of-certification.

Finally, the solution automates the management of worker training by helping HSE teams define courses and assign them to job functions or sites. If an employee’s job function changes or a new employee joins, Compliance Manager shows which courses the worker needs to take, and at what frequency, and also flags when a worker needs re-certification.
